Apostilles

Apostilles are essentially "international certified copy's". The treaty authorization comes out of the Hague Conference on Private International Law and specifies the modalities through which a document issued in one of the signatory countries can be certified for legal purposes in all the other signatory states. The word Apostille means "certification" in French. The european equivalent is notarisation. European notarizations are significantly different from US notarizations. US notarizations must be certified by the State prior to certification via apostille.

We can obtain apostilles for many documents through the notary process. State certified documents can be certified via apostille as well. Please call for service pricing as each states' process varies.
